My wife and I lived at Avion for a year and just moved out of state this month. We've lived in apartments from UTC to Mission Valley and Avion was one of the best. For the most part, it was quiet. The grounds were kept rather well, especially after the fires in 2003...maintenance was out there the days following it hosing down the ashes and etc. The office staff, especially Nicole was very helpful when we needed some issues resolved. There is PLENTY of guest parking unlike other areas we lived, especially in Mission Valley.

Of course there were occasional noise problems, but nothing too unbearable. Typical apartment-living type of things. Aside from that, the units were practically brand new and we only had one or two maintenance problems which were resolved within the same day, if not the next day.

Overall, I would DEFINITELY recommend this community and would live there again if we didn't move out of state.
