Parking is terrible unless you get home before 5pm. half the time your assigned parking is parked in by some idiot. Noise is usually ok. Grounds are clean. Security there is none. As for being a gated community 95% of the time the gates and fobs don't work therefore anyone can enter the "gated" community at any time. Overall, it's a nice place to live, but it's expensive for being "ungated" most of the time and for not having an absolute parking spot.
