This place would be perfect but they are about to start a new parking plan. If you have two cars expect to walk about a mile for parking.

I am glad they are implementing a parking policy! I am sick of coming home and having all the open spaces taken up by millions of guests that people invite over for events/parties. Or, my inconsiderate neighbors that have 5 vehicles between the 2 or them! Why do 2 people need 5 cars!!! There is guest parking but it isn't a free-for-all any more, it is assigned and that is good for the rest of the residents. I am in a 2 bedroom and I am allowed to have 4 cars on the community, one bedrooms can have 2. I think that is more than fair!

Avion sucks!! You're basically on a prison routine about have people visit you. Guest parking from 9am to 9pm...Give me a break!!..All this money and so many restrictions!!..Oh they added more restricions too!!..Business center, gym, pool hour restrictions!!...Fake interior!!

I agree, I am very mad about the new parking rules that are effective 12/5/05, Avion is great but now I think it's time to move beacuse they expect you to have only 2 cars per apartment, and NO GUEST PARKING, give me a break!!!!!! I have never once had a problem with parking!!
