I just recently moved to Avion and have had a VERY positive experience so far.
The location is a million times better than my last apartment because I no longer have to literally fight all the people commuting in and out of Mission Valley (don't even think about leaving your apartment on a game day... you will be trapped for at least 30 min in dead stop traffic!).
My apartment is really classy and I feel good coming home to a clean apartment and apartment community.
I was actually REALLY surprised by some of the reviews on this site (which is the reason why I decided to write one myself) because I have had a great experience. Parking hasn't been a problem and I have 3 people living in my apartment who all have cars.
Not to sound cheesy, but I really like it here and I recommend it to anyone that is looking to move into the area.
