Yes, the parking enforcement was put in place for the complex whiners...however, I go to school until 9:30 at night mon-thur and EVERYNIGHT I have to park all the way across the community..especially not fun when you have a car load of groceries. It is not possible to give everyone a space here and that is why the managers created this new policy.
The gates are always open and anyone can get in. When I first moved in, I didn't have a gate key. That didn't stop me from getting in. It took me all of a minute to wait for someone to open the gate and I was pulling in behind them.
Also, beware of getting an apartment anywhere on the first or second floor or a bedroom next to the stairs. The first month I was here, I was awoken every morning at 4am listening to the people running down the stairs. The insulation is very poor quality and I am rather embarrised to say that I pay so much to live in such a poor quality apartment.
Not recommended.
