A couple of things everyone must consider when reading these reviews...
1.a person's motives

2.who that person may be

Often local competing apartment complexes will post negative ratings about a complex. Likewise, members of that complex's management could post false positive comments as well.

Well I am a resident. I moved in a few months ago, and have been extremely impressed. The office staff is very personable. All of my maintenance needs have been dealt with in a timely manner. Reasonable complaints of noise are taken seriously and dealt with accordingly. The community is beautiful. Parking could be better, but nothing is perfect. The complex offers garages for certain homes, so this makes things a little easier. I don't have a garage, but me and my fianc?? never search for parking. I guess that depends on which area of the community you live in and how occupied that area is. Also, insulation could be better. It's not poor, but less noise from neighbors' apartments would be good. Overall, I love this place. It's a bit pricy, but for a couple hundred dollars less a month, you'd be getting a lot less.

Oh yes, of great benefit is the proximity to four major highways. 163 is seconds away, both I-15 and I-805 are less than 2 miles in either direction. And 52 is about 1.5 miles north. Proximity to restaraunts, numerous grocery stores, and highways make this place a GREAT LOCATION!

This person IS PROBABLY the management company...the location is great, however, there is a problem with parking. The new parking policy is not enforced and I find myself searching for parking spots in the evening. My roommate and I have two cars total- it is ridiculous to spend $1800 for an apartment for one of us to have to search for parking. Also, the noise inside is horrible...you can hear everything from anyone! It is very deceving from the outside, as it's quiet out there..but inside, how can a person live their normal life without constantly hearing the banging of the front door or the loud people above you and the kids constantly running up and down the stairs shaking the entire apartment! Not Impressed...that is my motive!
