These apartments are cheaply built period!!! Even the washer and dryers are cheap!! You never know what cycle the washer is on!! Cheap!! Cheap!! A scam!!
The ONLY thing this place has going for it is the location.
Please don't try and call and report a problem about your apartment because you're looking at 4 or 5 more phone calls to report the problem before you get any help.
THEY CHANGED THE TIME ALLOWED TO SPEND IN BUSINESS CENTER, FITNESS CENTER, AND POOL!! It was 24 hours, now 5am-11pm, that's right you and your partner can not take those late night romantic swims. For the price it's NOT WORTH IT!!
People are ALWAYS MOVING OUT OF THIS PLACE EVERYDAY.
I'm here because I'm locked into this Lease for another 6 months, and then I'm gone...I'm sure Arcadia at Stonecrest is much better than this.
LET'S NOT FORGET ALL THE NOISE THAT ECHOES IN THE GARAGE AREAS WHEN STUPID FOOLS DECIDE TO WORK ON OR CLEAN THEIR CARS!!
The office management won't do a thing about it. They could careless!!
I've seen this broken down vehicle/jeep near the mailbox area since I moved here, and it' still there. They clearly stated no unworking vehicles should be parked, nor should one work on their cars on the property.
The young drunks on the weekend makes this place a loud-living Hell!!
PLEASE DON'T BE A DAY LATE FOR YOUR RENT!! ONE DAY I FORGOT AND IT WAS THE 5TH, MANAGEMENT TURNED ON ME LIKE SNAKES!! THEY LOUD ME IN FRONT OF NEW RENTERS, SAYING "WE CAN NOT ACCEPT YOUR CHECK NOW IT'S AFTER THE 4TH, YOU NEED TO GET A CASHIERS CHECK OR MONEY ORDER". NO PRIVACY WHATSOEVER!!

I have a neigbhor that works night shift, a lot travel nurses here, and she says "forget about trying to sleep during the day"...Ground grassing-cutting crew at your window Monday-Friday with lawnmowers and blowers, and speaking loud spanish to one another.
THIS PLACE DESERVES AN AWARD FOR "APARTMENT SCAM" OF THE YEAR!!

No need for security gate, it's broken most of the time!! Never see security riding around. Just good location, that's all.
PAYING FOR YOUR OWN WATER IS ADDED ON TOP IS THIS HIGHEST COST FAKE PLACE.
Don't rub the walls with a cloth, because you have bought yourself a hole basically.
Last, the closets are jokes!! Wait till you see them!! All this rent money, and this place is a wolf in sheep clothing!! Oh yeah, you PAY to park on the property...ALL ABOUT MONEY HERE!!
