I have lived in three apartments in San Diego. Avion is the fourth and worst. Cheaply built apartment has several fundamental problems, even it is relatively new building. When I moved in, all fridge, dryer, washer, sink, windows and toilet did not work properly. Problems are sometimes simple enough to solve, if they work properly. But management people say, the owner does not allow to do so! Your Loyal Highness Owner is more important than residence here. They jut like to leave problems unsolved.
