I lived here for 2 years from 05-07 and i loved it there. The only reason we moved was because rent got too high. But it was very quiet and almost always very clean. If there were ever a mess, it would be on weekends when the management was off and no one to clean, but you can count on everything being cleaned up again on Monday morning. I would move back in a heartbeat if the rent wasn't so high.
One problem I had with the staff was when i booked the guest apartment. My friends from out of town were visiting and i had rented the guest apartment downstairs. The office was closing that day at 1pm, but no one had called me to let me know. When I showed up at the office at 3pm to pick up the keys no one was there. I called maintenance and no one called me back. I called management and they never called back...ever. Very irresponsible. Just something to keep in mind if you're renting the guest apartment.

Not sure where you get the "very quiet" aspect. This is the loudest place I have ever been.
