I lived there for about 18 months (03-05). I was much nicer than many apartments I have lived in all over the country, but it was an apartment. I never had any problems with the office staff, the grounds or even parking. It's in a great location, so great that we bought in the townhomes across the street. When I moved out I got my deposit back minus only the carpet cleaning costs and it only took 10 days. I don't know what most expect from an apartment complex but I got everything I expected, when I had a problem, it got fixed...not the very second I called it in but they did get to any issue very quickly. The areas are kept as clean as can be expected considering the size of th complex. Most of the issues were due to tenants who think that just because they pay rent they sould get to do anything they want...and they are usually the first to call and complain about everything. I have recommended it and I will continue to do so. It's a nice apartment complex located in a nice area, it's not perfect but nothing ever is.

I heard back then it was a nice place but things changed in late 2006 as the complex say higher tenant levels and the airfields around it saw increased airtraffic, and all the new corporate complexes went in the area. The place is no longer representative of these ratings!
