I only stayed here for a month and a half or so as temporary housing when I moved to San Diego earlier this year, but I thought it was a nice place. The community was always quiet and laid back when I was there. I didn't have any problem with noise except when people were walking up the steps as the sound echoed in the bedroom. Lots of people have pets here. I didn't have any maintenance problems so I can't comment on that. Management was helpful the few times I had questions.

The grounds are very well kept and the place looks very nice. The pool and clubhouse area were always clean and enjoyable. The gym was small, but adequate. The location is good. There's not a lot immediately around the complex other than commercial offices, but pretty much everything is within 10 minutes from here. Parking was never a problem. It didn't seem like there were many guest spots, but I never had problems with finding one when it was needed.

Pros:
-Quiet
-Well Kept
-Nice facilities
-Central location
-Very little traffic

Cons:
-Apartment layout (The large kitchen in my room wasn't the best setup for me personally. I would have liked more living room / bedroom space)
- No Elevators (Only three floors, but moving stuff in and out can be a pain on the 2nd or 3rd floor)
-Facility hours (Gym closed kinda early, etc)
- Cost (Looking up pricing, it seemed a little expensive)

I'd definitely recommend the place if this sounds like what you're looking for.

You must be from a war zone to think this place is quiet, and I don't know how you found parking good. Perhaps you were the one that was taking all of the spots everyone else said they could not find!

123renters seems very aggravated, which seems to induce negative feedback toward individuals who have done nothing other than express their own personal experiences. You cannot fault someone for how they felt about a place just because it may not have mirrored yours.
