Pretty pricy apartments that are starting to age. Complex is now over 5 years old and preventative maintenance isn't a strong suit. Front gate has been broken (open) for months, finally just fixed (kinda). While broken, people from around the area filled up the parking spots. Staff is friendly, but does not venture from the office except to escort potential residents. It is often the tenants that bring problems to the attention of the staff (such as broken gates/lamp posts, window screens in the landscaping, etc). They advertise that they have an Events Coordinator...that consists of a small brunch every month or so, a XMAS party and a picnic at the pool in the summer...nothing more. The maintenance staff is excellent in responding to calls. Parking is bad. If you have a garage, you're supposed to park in it. However, many people use the garage for storage and the staff doesn't bother to check. Therefore, many residents are parking 2 vehicles in open parking instead of just parking 1. The community is quiet...though there is some construction off to one side. Insulation within/between the units is poor. Although it looks good as you drive around, it's not worth the price unless you're concerned about location (very close to 3 major highways). k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

I have been at Avion for 2 1/2 years. I agree that the front office staff and management waits until the tenants bring a problem to their attention. I have been complaining about plumbing problems for over 3 months now without any resolution. The maintenance staff is very responsive and does their best.
Parking is never enforced, although they lie and say it is.
Also there are some new tenants who are very noisy late Friday nights, but there is no security number to call for assistance.
I like living there because I can walk to work, to the gym etc. But when you pay almost $2,000 you expect a plumbing problem to be fixed - it is not rocket science.

Agree that the gate is never working and that there is a parking issue since they do not enforce the grounds
