Aside from all freeways being relatively close, the rent kept increasing as did the noise from my neighbors. I could hear EVERYTHING from ALL neighbors. I think they could hear even when I used the restroom because I could hear them. Parking is AWFUL, it is worse than college. If you get home after 5PM, don't count on finding a parking spot because you will have to park on the street and good luck there, too.
When I tried to move out, the 30 day notice was a pain. The front office could not figure out when my 30 day notice should begin or end as I was a month to month and would not renew my lease. The front office said they would contact me for a walk-thru, but never did. I contacted them, but it was a chase.
The UTC area is just as accessible and priced about the same.

I cannot figure out why this gets a noise rating of 3, since I agree the noise is terrible here. It should be a one across the board
