Quality has declined tremendously!!!!!!!

I have lived here since 2008 when most of the tenants were corporate professionals. Due to the economic decline, management recently lowered rents in order to attract enlisted military personnel with their accompanying job security and guaranteed housing allowance. The complex has rapidly deteriorated into marine barracks with lots of loud parties, cigarette butts littering the property (my sympathies to the hard-working maintenance staff), and overcrowded parking/double-parking (mgmt turns a blind eye to those who violate the 2-vehicle-per-unit policy if they have DoD parking stickers). I have 1 vehicle and a reserved parking space and it is frequently occupied by another resident's or visitor's vehicle when I arrive home at night. Street parking is non-existent due to red curb restrictions and the useless tandem garages (back-to-back parking) at the townhouses across the street. Pool is frequently closed or not heated, and gym equipment is frequently broken. Security gates are sometimes broken and slow to be fixed. Pets are permitted but, again, mgmt turns a blind eye to DoD personnel who violate the breed restrictions (pit bulls are prohibited but many DoD personnel here have them). Avion was a great place to live (albeit pricey) when I moved in, and it was worth the money. Now I'm living in military housing. I cannot wait until my lease is up.
