My experience here has been the pits. Just like one of the reviews above Management is all nice and sweet the first day they meet you. And they put on the nice front like they have your best interest. But once you sign the contract they can carless if your water is running. The apartment complex doesn't feel safe at all you seem to be watching your back at all times. The maintenance man is pretty cool but works with home made tools. He Jerry rigs everything using duct tape to fix all his problems. Car was broken into I asked management if I could use a temporary pass to park the car in the gated area they looked at me like I was crazy. Truly they don't care about there tenants. The animals in this place are off the map some times I think I'm living in a Jungle. The dogs there are huge and they poop right in front of the building which leaves a really bad smell. You can hear your neighbor sneeze at night the apartments are so small. So can you imagine someone having a party . . . The parties in the complex are extremely noisy. The worst thing about BALLPARK PLACE is management there THE MANAGER really needs to go back to the drawing board and learn how to treat her new tenants. She is very two faced and you will get stabbed in the back no doubt. No one should live here the surrounding area are drug infested and homeless guys are everywhere.

The place is your WORST NIGHTMARE. MANAGEMENT IS THE HORRIBLE.
