If you love noise and sketchy neighbors then this is your place. I can't tell you how many times I complained about noise in this place and the manager responded to me like I was the one to blame. I also fixed many of the problems in the apartment on my own rather than wait on the shoddy maintenance. they actually came in to my apartment and stole all my regular light bulbs and replaced them with these ridiculously dim flourescents! I can't imagine living another second where they do stuff like that. I am breaking my lease early to get out of here.
