This place is HORRIBLE!!!!!

Honestly, do NOT rent here. One of the dirtiest and scariest places to live in all of San Diego. Yeah its cheap, but there are so many risks here. No joke there are hundreds of homeless people walking around and loitering in front of the building. The noise is HORRIBLE. The other tenants are so friggen loud.......
