I m moving ending this month because they were offering section 8 renting help. The San Diego Housing Commission has not approved Ballpark Apartments as a worthy place to live for $995.00 Mo.

I d lost $2,000.00 paying one month rent and other additional because the 30 days because Nadia (Denise supervisor) asked me a 30 days notice to move. That was 2 weeks after moving and receiving The San Diego Housing Commission the unapproved letter. Is that fair'

Denise is totally crazy, she was calling my referrals or Person to reach in case of something happened telling them to help me to pay my rent.

She never repair my apartment microwave because was very expensive to pay for a light switch, also I d had a bathroom problem RAIN from the ceiling 100 s of gallons from upstairs.

Yesterday was the 2nd. Time that I got Denise entering without permission into my apartment; I signed a form the same day I moved in that People with my permission or in case of emergency can get into my apartment. Not every time that the crazy manager wants. This is a big shame for HOBAN Management. They don t know how they are managing their employees and policies.

Parball apartments are the worst place to live; 1 000 s of flies is your welcome home every day. Denise the manager will get inside your apartment every time she wants and without your permission or being you there. What she wants'

Almost 200 Hobos asking for a 25cents coin will be your second welcome-at-home-honey.

Firefighter and ambulances (to pick up HOBOS and drunks) are crossing day and night your apartment. MTS (Metropolitan Transportation System have they central repair garage crossing your apartment. That will give you 24 hours of extra noise every day.

Finally they clean the communal areas with an air blower because they don t pay for a housekeeper. Don t worry, you will live suffocated not allowing you to open your windows. Well, maybe the VERY OLD ENERGY CONSUMING a/c unit will refresh you apartment and your piggy bank.

This basically describes it. People getting shot outside, loud bass that shakes the walls, floor, and ceiling, homeless people trying to mug and carjack everyone outside...

I seriously believe this is a person who isn't getting what he or she wants with management and has alot of time on their hands with an idle mind.

Again The person responding is delusional and I know who it is. Again I will say this person has nothing else to do but to stir the pot.

SD_GOODMAN, It sounds like you put yourself in that situation. I doubt very seriously if you lost $2000 in one month. Something you should know, it is the law that you have to give a 30 day notice before you vacate when you are renting. Did you rent the place without having the money available? That is your fault. I doubt very seriously also that you will find thousands of flies. It is San Diego. There are very few insects that are flying around. I would just bet that the manager needed to enter your apartment if you were complaining about some serious maintenance issues. If there are problems like that, they can enter the apartment to have things fixed. Are you sure that you are not one of those hobos you were talking about. You sound like you might be a little crazy. I am so happy that my tax dollars can be spent to pay for you a place to stay for free. You did say you were using section 8. It is worthless members of society like you that drain our economy. Get a job bum!

Hi I am the manager and I do not enter a residents unit without permission to do so, and in the case of an emergency. No I don't take money from people unless it is for rent. In fact SD_Goodman has a credit due to him that he will get after he moves out. His bitterness towards me and my company is unfounded.I do wish him well where ever he goes.

SD_GOODMAN must have been on some serious meds. I've been to the place to view the units available and have walked around the neighborhood both during the day and at night. I agree that the neighborhood is sort of creepy but nowhere near as bad as SD_GOODMAN claims. The units I saw appeared to have been remodeled within the past year or so and though small, they were still reasonable for being Downtown. I'm thinking of renting here but if SD_GOODMAN is still living there I'd think twice. So has he moved?

i love it when i hear people talk down to the homeless. in reality we are all YES ALL just one paycheck away from homelessness ourselves. i can tell you 15 years ago i was one of those people walking the streets there in san diego after my parents booted me out of the house. if they would help these people rather than pump trillions of dollars into a war that is none of our business then maybe some of these people could get off the streets. san diego is not the land of opportunity for anyone. especially the homeless and low income. there are alot of homeless with mental health issues and you can thank ronald reagan for closing down all the mental institutions and throwing all these people in the streets. finally only an idiot would have moved to this neighborhood and not know that this is where the homeless congregate. they have nowhere else to go.
