Hi, I moved in Dec 2007 When it was managed by P.R.E.M. The place was a real dump.Due to circumstances I had no choice but to take this apt as it was affordable. In April I gave my 30 day notice with good intent on moving. I noticed many changes and found that we had a new management company and manager. I rescended my notice because this place is really looking good. Denise the manager is attentive to the residents needs and keeps things quiet after 10 p.m. I must say that there are alot of homeless around, but honestly where in San Diego aren't there homeless. Besides they can't get in because this is a gated community.I feel that this is now a nice home, and very glad to be part of the community

Doesn't matter if it's a gated community. You still have to get hassled by them when you go in and out, when you cross the street if you happen to have a parking space outside (as many people do.) It's a hell hole. Nothing will change that. Honestly, don't listen to this person. Chances are it's someone who works for Ballpark. Hell, I've had the hobos try and carjack me so many times.

I want to know if you have facts to prove your claim ? And if so would you be willing to share them with those of us who want to know? Or are you just out for vengeance? Thought I would inquire.

Anonymous#1 says they've been carjacked? I agree with redden2, if you're going to make statements how about some proof? I agree the neighborhood is sort of creepy but that's true of most of Downtown except for the Gaslamp and Marina areas. So Anonymous #1 (or should we call you AnonyMOUSE), have you moved out or are you still living at Ballpark Place?

AnonyMouse does not reside here.
