This place is a dump. It's loud as hell, the building is poorly put together, most of the doors are almost rusted shut.
There's hobos that sleep infront of the apartment gate and other hobos that sleep infront of the two parking space gates, many of them are vile little thugs that will try to mug you or carjack you. Not to mention the little gang hangout just down the street.
It's so noisy that you'll never be able to sleep (the floors, walls, and ceilings actually vibrate due to all of the bass), the doors barely lock...

Don't move here. There are better and cheaper apartments in San Diego. This place is just a scam.

It is obvious this resident has issues. He was probably asked to leave.

Looking at the negative reviews it looks like the management has been working to get rid of the riff raff and they're whining as they always do. This appears to be a good thing after as it can only make a place more pleasant and livable.
