Really Noisy!

Sounds like everybody else in the building is on Spring Break 24/7. Very loud talking, shouting, loud house music, and partying at all hours, any day of the week. The management claims to have "quiet hours," but they are obviously not enforced in any way.
Homeless people are everywhere outside of the complex -- they camp out in tents on the sidewalks, and there is a homeless facility a block from the apartment building. We paid $150 extra per month for one space in the underground parking, so that we felt safe going to and from our car.
They have very limited bicycle parking, and it is first-come, first-served. Most people who actually use their bikes have to keep them in their living rooms. The very few bike racks are full of the same bikes every day that appear to never get used.
Maintenance issues were responded to quickly, but sometimes take multiple work orders before the problem is resolved.
Moisture is also an issue here. The bathroom almost never dries out, even if you run the fan and keep all windows open all the time. The air in the whole apartment feels moist.
Overall, the most bothersome issue is the noise. The best features are the nice kitchen cabinets in the units, and the hot tub in the common area.

Couldn't have said it better myself! The noise is just ridiculous.
