Somehow I suspect that the management has had a hand in writing some of these perfect reviews. The materials used in these units are not of quality. It can get noisy at times and repairs are not always timely.
The area is just o.k.and if you can afford a litlle bit more I suggest renting at one of the new establishments which offers a lot more plus better views as I am going to do.

I have lived at the Barcelona for over two years now and find the materials to be first rate. I am a designer and can appreciate the attention to detail and the first rate custom cabinets, fixtures and appliances chosen by the owners during their renovation completed a couple of years ago.
