For the amount of space we got the price was way too much. We ended up taking it since we were in a rush. The walls and doors are flimsy, so we often got to hear our neighbors having sex, having converstions, watching tv. The kitchen sink is weird and its hard to wash anything in it, which was really annoying. Requests to fix things took a really long time to be taken care of. Really the only thing good about the place was the included cable, and the closeness to Balboa park. Ripped us off on the deposit big time. AVOID!

I dont know what they expect the building was build in the 1920's.
I have lived here for almost two years and never hear people having sex
once in awhile a tv but thats about it. they have add a gym in the basement which i use alot. as for the managers they handle everything in a timely manner. Repairs are done quickly. my fridge went out and it was taken care of with in a day

I've been at this building for a year now and find the building to be well insulated and I do not hear much noise. Managers are extremely responsive and friendly. Since they also live on the premises they provide coffee/donuts in the morning once a month in the lobby and have invited the building up to the roof for BBQs. This place is so charming and beautiful.
