Although these apartments were quite old, I felt the leasing staff and maintanence crew were very accommodating and pleasant. The single bedroom apartment is quite large and you get alot of storage space. The apartment complex neighborhood is conveniently located near the 15 freeway, safe and quiet.

My only complaint was that the apartment interior needs to be upgraded (carpet smells like smoke, counter tops, bathroom, etc are just plain old!). The apartment complex is fine-it's the tennants that might be wackos. (i.e. make alot of noise, rude when it comes to sharing the laundry facilities: either taking your clothes out of the dryer early, or leaving their clothes in the dryer for DAYS.)
