Bernardo Hills Apartments

okay From: natalief Date posted: 1/14/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   the apartments are so tiny, the carpet is crappy, the washer and dryer were always breaking, and the neighbors were LOUD. the worst neighbors ever. i had to call the cops on them when they broke the window with scissors in a fight. and they weren't the only ones. all the people there are loud. the fitness center is nice, and so are the pools. the maintenance guy was sweet, but the office ladies were bitchy. that's funny that that other reviewer thought the maintenance guy was hot. overall okay, but WAY TOO LOUD! god, i wanted to smack all those noisy people. and they used to throw cigarettes into my plants all the time. oh yeah, and my car got broken into TWICE there.
