Great place - Excellent property managers From: mblm2032 Date posted: 7/14/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   My husband and I lived in a second floor two-story townhome unit in Bernardo Hills for two years and we have nothing but good things to say about the property and its management. I will say this - you may find a lot more luxurious complexes in areas like La Jolla and Del Mar, but this place is luxury living at a great value. The customer service from all of the property managers was always consistent, prompt and friendly. We never had to "wait" for a maintenance request to be done for more than a day. Kudos to Bernardo Hills for providing my family a great place to live. If our jobs permitted, we would have stayed there longer! Lori & Brett Kingman
