the best From: MsJaclyn Date posted: 8/25/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I lived at bernardo hills for 1 year. The prices where high but it's like that everywhere in san diego. Will in the office was the best. He is such a nice guy and he relly made it worth the money to live there. The buildings are kind of old, but like someone else said, they are very well taken care of. The repair people are prompt and the office people, especially Will are great! Would reccommend! #1
