This complex has a major problem with mold. One major reason is that the bathroom ventilation fans turn on and make a lot of noise, but they don't GO anywhere. Also, there are a lot of people there who cook heavily with curry, and their neighbors have to deal with the constant odor. One apartment nearby had such a stench, it was still there after they had painted the ceiling and walls and replaced the carpet. (My friend looked at the place but she felt she was walking into a restaurant.) The staff in the office is sometimes helpful, sometimes snotty. There are some apartments that have constant noise problems. The one-bedroom is very small and there is only ONE closet, nothing for linens or coats or anything else. Because of the sprawling nature of the property, the farthest units from the office seemed to be out of control. The fitness room is puny and very hot. Apparently the a/c is only on when the office has theirs on.

I have also lived at this property, and buddy, the mold was probably the result of your poor hygiene and house keeping. I'm sure most people with common sense would know this. Aparently this author is not too bright! If your vent in the bathroom does not work well, ventilate the bathroom yourself while you are taking a hot shower. HELLO!
