I lived here Nov, 2003 - May, 2005. Great location, walk distance to Fashion Valley mall, trolley, etc. They have tennis courts, pool and spa shared with Bluffs I condo community, which is good, because there's a limited access to these areas for strangers, and on crowdy days there's someone asking for you pass (apartment residents get one). The community is quiet, there's a hill from one side, and Friars Rd. from the other, so it's no anyone-can-drop-by kind of place. Sometimes golfers park in guest spots (there's a golf cource in front of the place), but there's also guest parking "inside" - so your guests are fine. Service is fine. My neighbor clogged the kitchen drain, so I called emergency service (around 10pm), a guy showed up, temp-fixed it, and the next day came in with his device and unclogged the drain pretty quickly. Management is good - I often ask for information and get a clear response. Once I had a situation when my neighbors left an alarm clock on and it would go off at 4am. I let the management know and they called them up in NYC! and asked to enter immmediately, so I had the problem solved right away.
Have to move out because I'm relocating.
