Bluffs II Apartments

Good For the Price From: SDRent06 Date posted: 7/26/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   The Bluffs II is a good complex for the price. It is a quiet, well mantained complex. It is a litle bit older so if you are looking for top of the line, brand new appliances and all the bells and whistles, then this apt complex is NOT for you. The circulation in the apartment is very stale and dense sometimes which requires you to have your patio door open about 75% of the time. The management is very helpful and friendly and I have only had one maintanence issue since living there (which they fixed in a timely manner.) Another good thing is that there is ALWAYS ample parking for you and your guest. Close to Fashion Valley and Mission Valley Mall without paying Ritz rent prices.
