Bluffs II Apartments

Nice Complex, Good Amenities, Great Location From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   I lived at the Bluffs II for 2 years and had a pleasant experience. The apartments are somewhat out dated as are the appliances. However the complex is very safe, the location is great, and the amount of open parking is a great help. Management is so-so, but the maintenance staff are friendly and efficient. I lived on the ground floor and almost always slept with the windows open, no problem.
