Apartments in SD suck, but this is one of the better ones From: websurferhang10@yahoo.com Date posted: 3/3/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I have seen many places to rent in SD and none are perfect. I live in 3 bdrm. We have really high ceilings and many other nice amentities. It is a luxury apartment. There are some cheap appliances in the apartment. All the appliances are low end in apartments though so no surprise. But they are new low end. Renters are low end people anyway most of the time and would abuse high end appliaces so what do you expect. The owners definately cut corners financially constructing this place like no elevators. The place is expensive. Parking sucks. The spots could not be any narrower! You will need a can opener to get in and out of your vehicle. Get a garage if you can afford it. It is a little better. I haven't had any noise problems. There are Type A military types and college students living here, but they haven't bothered or irritated me. It is pretty quiet around the community. Management ought to issue everyone rubber bumpers to put on everyone's car doors like they sell so we can quit chipping the paint off our neighbors autos.
