Nice place, but a bit spendy From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/26/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   First, the good... I haven't experienced noise issues while living here for 2 1/2 years, which is very important to me. I've had quite a few neighbors move in and out of the building, but no issues. Additionally, the property in general is relatively quiet with the exception of kids at the pool. Now, the bad... When I moved in there were a few sporatic guest parking spots, all of which are gone now, and the uncovered spots and carports are small; I would recommend getting a garage. Be careful looking at the rent rates as they don't include any parking, which can be up to $100 for a unattached single car garage. The rent has also increased each year that I have lived here by about $100 per month. The maintenance staff is pretty incompetent too, so you're better off fixing things yourself. Overall, its been nice and quiet living here but with this year's rent increase I'll likely be looking for a new place.
