Not as bad as everyone is making it out to be...

I ve recently decided to discontinue my lease when it goes up at the end of August after living here for 2 years. The only reason I decided to do so is I don t believe the price is reasonable for what you receive. I would say the complex is above average. It is in a very nice quiet safe neighborhood. Everything is fairly new, clean, and well kept. The neighbors tend to keep to themselves and, despite what most of these posts support, we never hear any kind of noise. One of the best things is the size of the apartments especially the 3bd/2ba. Huge living room and nice amenities!
The parking here is ridiculous! Not only are the spots small, but you have to pay for them. The 3bd/2ba comes with only one spot makes no sense! No guest parking, so don t be surprised if you come home to someone parked in your spot. The gym is worthless what they need to do is knock down the wall and get rid of the media room next door and make a descent gym. Neighbors aren't overly friendly, but I think that might just be a characteristic of San Diegans.
But yeah honestly, those are the only gripes I had over a 2 year period. I m actually going to miss the place, but I can t with clear conscience pay $2,330/mo for a 3bd/2ba apt ($2,195) with 2 parking spots ($85) and a dog ($50). gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
