Cool place but expensive and noisy From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/9/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   This is a nice new building and Little Italy is a fun area to live in. I was happy with my apartment but, probably the most important thing that you should know is that it is noisy. The trolley and train run right next to it and the street outside has trucks and motorcycles going by all of the time. You get used to it, I guess, but it might be best to live facing the pool instead of the street. The building seems to be well- built, though, because I didn't have any noise from the neighbors. I did think the rent was very expensive and they kept raising the prices. I guess this is the main reason I would not live there again. My bike got stolen from the garage but other than that, I felt safe. Also, it was difficult to have visitors with the parking situation. All in all, it was definitely a cool place to live for a while.
