Canyon Ridge Apartments

Great apt great managment From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/20/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Lived here 9 months had a few issues ants (termanator was here next day all gone!) Hot water went out, was a pretty major pipe leak (not in apt) all fixed 1 day later! Parking spots are a bit tight but covered spots are better (I even haven't gotten in trouble for working on my car in the car port) Rent is very reasonable pool and gym are clean. Location to I-5-805 and 163 is great. Only down side I can see is that there are a few homeless people that ransack the dupsters every once in a while. next steal anything or damn cars but it is a bit anoying.
