Canyon Ridge Apartments

Dont be fooled From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/27/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   This apartment is the most poorly managed apartment EVER. We rented from here for only a few days. We moved in our carpet was never cleaned, there were spider webs all over, walls never painted, dirty handprints on walls doors etc,. We tried to get out of our lease, the managment said that it was livable conditons. We ended up terminating the lease months ago and we are still going round and round with them. They are trying to send us to collection agenceys saying that we still owe them money because we lived there for four months and we had just signed our lease in april. We were already in our new great apartment Tuscany Ridge when we were supposedly still living at Canyon Ridge. We have now been battling with the managment for months and was told that all of the old staff we delt with were fired and there was now new people. These people are no better and are always trying to put the blame on someone else. This is the biggest mistake we ever made. And they told us that we were not the only ones. DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE you WILL reget it!!!!!!
