Canyon Ridge Apartments

Great Apartment! From: canyonridgeresident Date posted: 12/14/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I've lived here for 6 months so far and have nothing but good things to say. Our dishwasher was acting up (dishes not getting clean) so maintenance gave me a new dishwasher! Maintenance requests are handled the same or next day at the latest. Office staff is friendly and knows a lot of the tenants by name. They are very courteous! Parking spaces are tight, but we've never had a problem finding parking. They WILL tow if you don't have your parking sticker in your window, but that's something you should be doing, anyway. Neighbors are quiet, long term, more families than college kids. I've had more compliments on my apartment than anywhere else I've had!
