I was informed the day I was moving in and picking up my keys that the owner was in the application process for condo conversion. I had just moved all of my belongings down from the central coast. This was never mentioned to me in the application process. If I had known before hand I would have moved somwhere else. The parking is a complete nighmare here. Visitor parking sucks too. That said, the grounds are kept up well, and the view of Cowles Mt. is fantastic if you are on the northern facing side of the complex. I never hear my neighbors.

Condo conversion was approved by SD but not likely due to market conditions.
