Had over $100 increase in rent when signing a new lease, no compromise was allowed. One assigned space, residents will park in visitors so there is no open parking. People will also park in your own space. Towing is a b*tch. Office staff is non-attentive w/bad follow-through. The asst. manager (Brad) is wonderful, the only employee worth-while at Reflections.
