Horrible place to live!

Reflections was by far the worst place I have ever lived at! The carpet was old, stained, and ugly. My husband wouldn't walk on the carpet barefoot because it felt disgusting. We live on the first floor and we have major spider and ant problems that they have never taken care of. There was a hole from the outside of our apartment that they found but never fixed. A water pipe above us bursted at 3A.M. and the emergency number they gave us for after hours was incorrect and we had a hard time contacting someone to fix the leak. We had hot water problems after that. They never replaced the carpet, but put a blower to dry up the wet area. We had to leave the blower on for three (3) days so we had to leave our apartment because the noise was too loud. The complex is off a major street and it is so loud. Appliances are really old and nasty. The PARKING IS THE WORST! We have the biggest model and we get one (1) assigned parking slot. Nobody ever parks in their assigned parking and they take up all the guests parking. THANKS ALL OF YOU "LAZY" PEOPLE. You would think there were five (5) people and five (5) cars to each house. We can hear everything the people above us do because this apartment complex is old and not very well built. None of the apartments come with a storage area. They give you one (1) telephone outlet for the whole apartment. The staffing office is super nice and newly remodeled, but the apartments are old and nasty. Goes to show you that they only care for their staff and themselves rather than the PAYING tenants. I do not recommend anyone to this complex. If you are new to the area, there are plenty of other apartments that I am sure are way better. Don't be fooled by their cheap move in costs. You get what you pay for in your move in costs. We are moving out next month (thank God) because of all the problems. So they are letting us break our lease at no charge because of all the problems we have had. OH, FOR THE THE PEOPLE THAT ARE SAYING ITS A "GREAT" PLACE TO LIVE...WELL, THEY PROBABLY WORK THERE! AS FOR MANAGEMENT, BRAD WAS THE ONLY HELPFUL ONE THEIR! THANKS BRAD.
