I have lived at Reflections for 2 years. Overall, it is pretty okay. They finally fix the terrible parking situation a few months ago, so it is a lot better. Now, there is one covered parking to every unit, and you get additional sticker to park in open (non-covered) spot. So you now get at least 2 spots for each unit. After they implemented this sticker thing, the big parking space in front of the leasing office is totally empty every night... AMAZING.
My apt was on the first floor, and I have some spider problems during spring and summer, but it get better. Appliences are not very mordern, but I heard they are upgrading most of the countertop area. Spacious apt, and it sure is great to have Washer and Dryer in unit. I never had noise problem. Hallway seems to be not very clean... black stains/spots everywhere... they dont sweep. But not too bad. Close to freeway access and great stores and restaurants. And management office staff is good. The Best person to talk to is BRAD. He is friendly and professional, great guy! He is the only one whom I can/could trust. He is reliable and professional. So, try to talk to Brad. Other staff... those ladies at the fancy new office... they are kind of braindead. Lease-renewing lady is kind of "used-car salesperson" type and she was not nice, so I am moving out. And they hiked up the rent over 100 bucks so....time to move!
