It's just ridiculous

I have a first floor apartment and am constantly plagued by spiders. I've called Maintenance but they don't handle it, and the Management office is unresponsive at best, half the times I call no one answers the phones. I called maintenance for a dryer problem 4 times and they didn't come, they finally came 2 weeks after I made the initial call. I couldn't properly dry clothes for 2 WEEKS! No one person in the leasing office knows what the others are doing. One agent will tell you one thing, and then another will tell you the complete opposite. While the grounds and leasing office are nicely remodeled and posh, the actual units are pitiful. I have stains on my carpeting along the base boards around the entire apartment, the wood paneling beneath the cabinets and underneath the bathroom is coming off, and the A/C shudders extremely loud at random points during the night when it's turned OFF! Each unit gets one parking space thats covered, and it honestly would seem that they make sure you walk to farthest distance to your car. I have a front unit apartment and you would think my spot would be close by but I have to walk across the lot...let me tell you thats fun with groceries. All in all, this apartment is nice to an outsider, but once they've sold you into a lease, the customer service stops. You'd think that the paying tenants would have nice apartments and good service, but no, they take your money and do their best to sell someone else. For my money, I'm going elsewhere. As soon as the lease is up, I'm out and I'll be sure to tell whomever I can that Reflections, while a beautiful community in a great central location is just good on the outside, come inside and it all changes.

I don't understand why tenants think apt complexes are responsible for killing spiders!! Go to Home Depot or Wal-Mart and buy bug bombs...geeeeez! I bet Mommy still does your laundry....
