Falling Apart, New Management

This is the 3rd time I have signed my lease at Reflections. The first 2 times, I would always rant and rave about how great the complex was. This last time, the new apartment me and my roommate are in is falling apart. There is new management who could not care less about us, they are courteous or helpful or concerned even though we've voiced are discontent. It takes about 2 weeks and 5 phone calls to get things fixed. We have had all our doors break, cabinets falling off hinges, heater has broken, garbage disposal, faucet has fallen off, etc. I know they are renovating, but until they do all the units, beware!
