The worst place I ever lived...

1. The management doesn't care about tenants, they're inattentive, unsympathetic, unconcerned, often rude, and undisciplined.
2. All, or most of your deposit at the end will be retained regardless of the conditions you're leaving the apartment in.
2. Living on lower levels (with a neighbor(s) above you) is unbearable - the noise of squeaking, squealing, and cracking floors wakes you up at night and drives you crazy.
3. The "real" apartments (not the one on the photos or shown during your first time touring) are dark and dirty. Mine smelled as a doghouse after I moved in.
4. Dogs' poop is uncommon to step in.
