Where should I start''' Parking is impossible in the evenings if you have a second car. I completely agree with previous reviewers- the parking spaces are not of normal size. You will need a very compact car to park in these spaces.

We also know someone who had their car broken into in the parking lot. In addition we have had a problem with solicitors coming between in the late evenings between 8-10pm on numerous occasions.

I agree that these apartments are not fully renovated as the staff boasts. These apartments are only partially renovated. They need to be more accurate in telling their prospective tenants this!!!! I also agree with previous reviewers, maintenance is horrible - prepare on waiting forever for the littlest things to be fixed!

What I find rather odd is that the super shiny latte colored paint that is on all the walls of the bathroom that mysteriously manages to rub off on your clothing and towels!! You will see what I mean if you rub against the walls...the paint immediately comes off onto your clothing!! I think they must use a really cheap paint but it's the oddest thing!

Cigarette butts are everywhere. Lots of blue-collar, pot-belly men outside smoking at all hours of the day. Atleast where our apartment is! It takes forever for anyone to come along and sweep up their cigarettes that they trash the walkways with!

The walls are very thin. Noise has been a problem in our particular apartment however I think that really depends upon who your neighbors are (not really the apartment complex).

Overall, I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. I wish I would have read all these reviews before we moved here b/c I would have NEVER moved here.
