Lived here for about a year. First apartment here in San Diego. The staff here has been very helpful. The maintenance service is very good. The only real problem with this complex is that there are a lot of problems with the water lines in the walls. Several times I have come home to find discoloration on the walls, standing water covering the entire floor in the bathroom, discoloration on the ceiling, mold in between the walls, etc. The maintenance guy always was quick to come over and try to fix it, but we had to have a dehumidifier in our unit running constantly for at least a month. The hot tub and pool are reasonably nice, the area is generally quiet and peaceful. I will be moving soon because we need more space, but I would say we have had about an average experience here. If you move here have the maintenance guy reinforce the shelving unit in the closet... it will collapse if you put any excessive amount of gear in there. Overall not great, not horrible... Just an apartment. For the longest time I was told they were going to do assigned parking, but night after night coming home I would have to park 50-100 yards away from my apartment because there was no assigned parking and the staff refused to do anything about non residents parking in resident spots.
