Residents can expect a big rent increase this year, which includes both a monthly increase and a "pay your own water, sewer, & trash" fee courtesy of a sub metering company. To add insult, the staff is selling this as a water conservation plan.

None of the exterior lights get replaced either.

Service tickets for serious problems get ignored too. You can't blame the staff or the non-management people because they are just following orders.

Most places in this area (except Jefferson Carmel) are cheaper than the Summit.
