Shading the truth

Could it be that "Awful Office staff" and "Creepy" did not thoroughly read the letter they were sent regarding the "Filter" checks or are they deliberating distorting the truth'
The letter I have received for the last 7 years says that they will be entering for 3 reasons; annual inspections,to check filters and to check smoke detectors.
I suggest you visit the property you are interested in and ask residents at random.
You are much more likely to hear the unbiased truth than from this web site.
I love living at Carmel Summit and are happy to write this review in their defense.
