I moved in to Carmel Summit because it had a garage, washer/dryer in units, weight room, fireplace, and community hot tub. I was only planning on staying here for a short term because I wanted to move closer to work, but I have lived at Carmel Summit for 4 years. The office staff is professional, and the apartment manager will do whatever she can to resolve a problem. I had one maintenance emergency (after hours) while living there and it was handled swiftly and effectively. The maintenance crew are professional and I never worried about them entering my apartment when I wasn't there. I would recommend this community to anyone searching for a townhome-type experience in an apartment community.
